The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the friendly staff made my long stay enjoyable. Blanca was particularly accommodating, and the coffee availability day and night was a nice touch.

Had the pull-out couch situation which was kind of gross, but other than that, the staff was super friendly. Justin at breakfast totally helped out when we had a few hiccups. Clean hotel with a laid-back vibe. Breakfast could use some work though, not the best for the price. Nice that there's a quick snack bar too!

The pool fell short of expectations. it was not heated, which was a key factor in choosing this place. My room had a persistent mechanical hum that was hard to ignore once I settled in and unpacked. Plus, the ice machines on the 3rd and 4th floors weren't operational, which added a bit of inconvenience during my stay. Lastly, while the hotel doesn't allow smoking in rooms, the lack of a designated outdoor smoking area left smokers without a comfortable option—especially with rain hitting most of my visit.
